Welding process:
1.The production process USES advanced plasma welding, MIG welding and TIG welding technology to guarantee the welding quality effectively.

Strict factory inspection:

1.Complete quality control system to ensure the stability of production quality.

2.Third party supervision and inspection to maintain the notarization of quality certificate.

3.Vacuum test:In the manufacturing process of vacuum system, container and device, the vacuum tightness of them and the position of leak hole are determined by using the vacuum leak detection technology, so that measures can be taken to seal the leak hole so as to maintain the vacuum state in the system, container and device.

4.Helium mass spectrometer leak detector for detection of tightness:Helium mass spectrometer leak detector is a special instrument  for leak detection with helium gas as leak indicator. It has stable performance and high sensitivity

5.Pressure test:The test temperature shall be in accordance with gb12137-89 and the related test pressure shall be strictly specified in accordance with the requirements of pattern design.

6.Tightness test:   The  tightness test of welding insulated ylinder USES nitrogen cylinder as the filling air, the nitrogen purity is 99.9%, the accuracy of pressure gauge used in the test shall not be lower than 1.5, the dial diameter shall not be lower than 100 mm, the gauge range shall be between 1.5 and 2.5 times of the test pressure.

For the tanks vacuum,we provide three years guarantee after customers received the tanks. In three years,we provide vacuumize servise for free. One YearFor spare parts,we provide one year guarantee after  customers received the tanks. In one year,we will send the spare parts to customers for free once spare parts broken.
